Better SHA management from planning to handover
This is a practical theory course for construction clients, client representatives, project managers, designers, coordinators and contractors who plan and carry out construction or civil engineering projects with clear management of safety, health and the working environment (SHA).
Through one coherent construction-site case, participants learn to identify project-specific risk early, turn it into concrete measures, organise responsibilities, coordinate the work and follow up changes.
