Norwegian HSE course for employers and managers – online

This HSE course gives employers, managing directors and other managers a practical system for managing health, safety and working-environment responsibilities throughout the year. You learn what must be done, who should be involved and how the work should be documented without making HSE more complicated than necessary.

Who must complete HSE training?

Under Section 3-5 of the Norwegian Working Environment Act, the employer must personally complete training in health, safety and working-environment management. This duty cannot be delegated. Other managers and people with HSE responsibilities need the competence required for the tasks and risks they follow up. The course is therefore suitable for employers, managing directors, department managers, supervisors and others with an active role in HSE work.
