• Applicant: As a general rule, a master craftsman’s certificate or a higher vocational education program worth at least 120 credits, as well as at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Design Engineer: Higher vocational education totaling at least 120 credits and at least 10 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Performed by: As a general rule, a master craftsman's certificate or a higher vocational education program worth at least 120 credits, as well as at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Controlling: As a general rule, a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant work experience.
• References and Quality Assurance: Relevant, documented project practices and written KS procedures tailored to the organization’s operations.
