Management is responsible for ensuring that the system is used and kept up to date.
The system supports documentation and compliance, but does not constitute prior approval from the Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority or the Norwegian Directorate for Building Quality.

No. The authorities do not pre-approve an internal control system. During inspections, they assess the organization’s actual HSE work and whether the system is being used and maintained.
Can the system support centralized authorization?
Yes, we can adapt relevant KS procedures to the organization's functions and areas of approval. The requirements are assessed on a case-by-case basis for each application.
What is required of the business?
You provide us with the necessary information and participate in the initial setup. After delivery, management must use the system, follow up on actions, and keep the documentation up to date.

HSE System for the Construction Industry

How much does an HSE system cost?
3,990 NOK (excl. tax) covers the first 12 months. After that, the system costs 5,000 kr (excl. VAT) per year. The first renewal invoice will be sent after 12 months. Please contact us if you need additional departments or a larger setup.
