HSE Course for Employers and Managers – Online

This HSE course provides employers, day-to-day managers, and other leaders with a practical system for managing HSE efforts throughout the year. You'll learn what needs to be done, who should be involved, and how to document the work—without making HSE more complicated than necessary.

Who is required to complete HSE training?

Employers must personally complete training in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) work in accordance with Section 3-5 of the Working Environment Act. This obligation cannot be delegated. Other managers and individuals with HSE responsibilities must possess the expertise necessary for the tasks they perform and the risks they monitor. The course is therefore suitable for employers, general managers, department heads, supervisors, and others who play an active role in HSE work.
