Hot Work Course – Theory, Exam, and Fire Extinguisher Drill

This course is suitable for anyone who performs hot work where insurance requirements mandate a certificate. This typically refers to work that produces flames, sparks, or intense heat outside a permanent, designated work area.

Here's how to finish

1. Sign up for the course.
2. Complete the theory course and pass the individual exam.
3. Conduct and document a practical fire drill.
4. The certificate is issued once the entire course has been approved.

Deadline: Training and fire extinguishing drills must normally be completed within three months. For renewal, recertification must be completed before the current certificate expires.

Who is this course for?
