Safety Representative Course

The safety representative in a company is required to complete the course regardless of how many employees the company has. We have prepared an online course that goes through all the necessary points determined by the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

This course meets the requirement of Working Environment Act Section 3-18

Immediately after you have completed your order, you will receive an email with a link to the course. After completing the course, you will receive a course certificate by email.

NOTE: Updated rules from 01.01.2024

·       Businesses with five or more employees must have at least one safety representative, but if there are fewer than five employees, another arrangement can be agreed upon (amended § 6-1. 1.).

·       The safety representative's duties also include hired employees and independent contractors who perform work closely related to the business (§6-2. 1. has been added).

·       It has been confirmed that the safety representative's duties also include the employees' psychosocial environment (§6-2. 2. has been given a new letter f).
