Central approval is a prestigious seal of quality that confirms your company's professional standing and compliance with statutory requirements within the Planning and Building Act and the Working Environment Act.
We understand that the process of obtaining central approval can be challenging and time-consuming. That's why we are here to make the entire application process easier for you. Our service includes assistance throughout the entire application process to the Directorate of Building Quality, from completing the application to follow-up and communication with the Directorate.
In order to submit your application, we request the following information in the customer folder you receive shortly after ordering.
4 reference projects subject to application that have been completed, have received a temporary use permit or commencement permit, and are no older than 10 years.
Certificate/diploma or other documentation confirming education.
Information about which KS system you use. If you do not currently have an approved KS, we will help you with this.
Your company must be registered in the Value Added Tax Register and have no unpaid taxes and fees.
For those applying for approval for measure class 1, the following requirements apply:
SEARCH and PRO:
Master's degree/technical school
Minimum 4 years of professional experience
UTF:
Professional letter
Minimum 2 years of professional experience
After you have completed your purchase, we will send you a simple customer file that you must fill out. Please feel free to contact us while you are working on filling it out. We will review and quality-assured the customer file before submitting the application to the Directorate for Building Quality.
The Directorate for Building Quality has an annual maintenance price for all companies with central approval, which you will be invoiced directly from them.
Central approval is a simple and straightforward process. After the approval date, central approval is valid for three years. We will contact you well in advance of any renewal of the approval.
