Action Class 1 applies to tasks with lower complexity and difficulty. Action Class 2 applies to more complex tasks, while Action Class 3 applies to tasks with high complexity and impact. The requirements also depend on the area of authorization and the position for which the application is being submitted.

Tiltaksklasse 3
For de mest komplekse eller konsekvensfulle oppgavene. Det kreves normalt høyere relevant utdanning, omfattende praksis, sterke referanser og et robust kvalitetssystem.
